There’s not too much to explain here… it’s literally on a private island!
This venue is both quirky and peaceful – surrounded by water and accessible only by boat, it’s the perfect place to feel like you’ve had a ‘getaway’ without even leaving the country!
(There’s also a hot tub, table tennis and a pool table!)
Each day, you’ll be guided by experts through workshops designed to enhance your relationship with yourself, your confidence, self-love, acceptance of the past, authenticity and more.
All sessions are backed by leading edge neuroscience, positive psychology and behavioural change.

You have a great time, and then head home (we’re not going to kidnap you!), but once you’re at home, we keep on supporting you through our private Accountability Club.
This means you have the option to have frequent 1-1 sessions with one of our coaches to maintain your progress, you’ll join our incredible online community of individuals who have been through this process as well, and invitations to come to graduate-exclusive community events to reconnect with your retreat group & meet those from others!
In short… we continue to look after you long after the retreat has ended.

This call is super important as it allows Jack to understand more about your situation and what you’re wanting to work on, so that the team can get to work making sure that you have all the support you need!

Please note that if for whatever reason Jack does not feel you would be a good fit for the retreat, she will let you know during this call, and your deposit will be returned to you – however please note that this will only occur in extreme cases.

What you’ll get up to
Establish
This marks the very exciting beginning of your self-empowerment journey!
On your first day at the Retreat, we’ll establish the foundations you need to break free from the things that are preventing you from unlocking your full potential.
Here’s what you can expect:
1. Welcome Talk & Lunch – an introduction to the group and a celebration of you taking the first step towards a more empowered future!
2. Exploring the Venue – you’ll have free time to get unpacked and settled, and explore the island.
3. Group Bonding Activity – it’s vital that all guests feel comfortable around each other, so we’ll do an activity that allows you to get to know the other guests on a deeper level and begin building a network that will support you throughout your transformation.
4. Intention Setting Workshop – after dinner, you’ll be guided through a deep dive of your ‘why’ to gain greater clarity on the motivation for your transformation.
After this session, as with each evening, you’ll have time to wind down and relax before a restorative sleep!
Reassess
On day 2 of the retreat, you’ll start to understand the reasons for your actions and thought processes.
1)We’ll start the day with guided private time, as we do with each day. This guided time gives you the opportunity to learn how to enjoy spending positive time by yourself, making your own decisions and learning a foolproof way to se yourself up in the best mindset for the day!
2) Intro to Wim Hof Breathwork – we’ll introduce you to Wim Hof breathwork, a simple, accessible, and scientifically endorsed technique to instantly reduce stress and increase resilience.
3) Intro to Your Brain Workshop – from here we’ll dive into our first formal workshop, where you’ll learn everything there is to know about the way your brain works along with the guidance to relate it to your unique experiences.
4. Rewiring the Brain Workshop – after a break, the next workshop will help you to understand your existing mindset before equipping you with the techniques to rewire your brain (literally!)
You’ll then have some free time and dinner, before we come back together in the evening for…
5. Journalling & Check-In – after dinner, Izzie will introduce you to a highly effective journalling technique; a practice that will become second nature to you before the end of the week.
Accept
Day 3 will begin to change the way you’re seeing yourself, questioning your limiting beliefs, self-image and view of your life.
Here’s what to expect:
1. Own Time & Wim Hof – once again, we’ll begin the day with guided own time and Wim Hof
2. Self-Acceptance Workshop – the first workshop of the day for many, is one of the most impactful workshops of the week. In this session, you’ll learn how to finally accept and let go of the circumstances that have led you to this point.
5. Self-Image Activity – we’ll also guide you through an activity where you’ll reconsider the perception you have of yourself, unveiling how you’re been viewing yourself and how you can shift towards a more positive viewpoint of yourself.
6. Regret Release – designed for those who feel unable to let go of the past, Izzie will guide you into looking towards the present and reframing your life in a more positive light.
7. Identity Workshop – here, you’ll reflect on your current identity and how this differs from the future, more empowered version of you. With this knowledge, you’ll establish tangible goals to work towards.
8. Dickens Process – we’ll work through a powerful process of leaving behind limiting beliefs and adopting new and empowering ways of thinking that support the life you want to live.
9. Gratitude Circle & Games – after some free time for you, we’ll gather together again, this time with some question cards to prompt deep conversations and eye-opening self-realisations.
Empower
Day 4 is all about confidence! Through empowering workshops and some fun activities (to be announced 👀), you’ll begin to realise that you are capable of doing anything you put your mind to!
After solo time, breathwork and breakfast, we’ll head into…
1. Values & Goal Getting Workshop – focusing on long-term goals for the future, we’ll learn the importance of adopting a sense of purpose and how to identify a set of personal values.
2. Reflection Activity – after the workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on your life so far and reshape the future narrative by establishing foundations built on your new, powerful values.
3. Roadmap Activity – we’ll work with you individually to create a roadmap to support you in achieving your goals in the days, weeks and months after the Retreat.
3. Confidence Workshop – in this powerfully fun workshop, we’ll explore science-backed ways to regain and reclaim confidence in all areas of your life! For many, this is the workshop that really changes their ability to take action on the things that scare them.
Future
Day 5 is the last day of the Retreat but by no means the end of your journey.
The final day marks the exciting beginning of your self-empowerment journey.
Continuing to form positive habits, we’ll start with solo time and Wim Hof breathwork before heading into:
1. Future You Workshop – the Future You workshop will guide you in visualising the future version of you to keep your goals at the forefront of your mind.
2) A group lunch & celebration
4) A visualisation session & then home time!
5). The Accountability Club – after the retreat, you’ll be offered private access to our Accountability Club (accessible only to ex-retreat attendees). Through this exclusive club, you’ll have access to a private community for retreat graduates, weekly journal prompts, the opportunity to join graduate-exclusive community events – and so much more!
In short… the end of the retreat is well and truly, just the start!
Yes, we do! All that is required to secure your spot is a £500 deposit. We then have flexible payment plans to help you to pay the remainder before the start of your retreat!
We can also accept payments using Karna and Clearpay.

Each day there will be fresh fruit and snacks at the venue for those with a lighter appetite around lunchtime, as well as a fridge for you to store any personal food items.
We also usually have tonnes of leftovers from dinner, so if you want to save your money and eat all meals at the venue, you absolutely can!
Yes! Every day you will have free time for lunch and to explore the local area, with other windows of time during the retreat where you can choose to be alone and enjoy the beautiful island however you please.
At the start of the week you will be given a full schedule of all activities and timeframes.
Your deposit are non-refundable unless a grace period has been agreed upon prior to booking – i.e. if you want to save your spot but need to check time off with work first, please mention this prior to booking and we’ll be able to give you a grace period. We have to be strict on this, as it is the only way we can put on these events. That said, please be totally sure you can attend before you book.

5 years ago, I allowed the end of a relationship to pull my entire life apart. I was so emotional that lost my job. With no job I subsequently lost my flat.The overwhelming grief & inability to process my feelings led to me losing several aspects of my mental & physical health.
My victim mentality & the hateful relationship I had with myself fuelled unkind interactions with others losing me friends, but in truth…
