RETREAT CANCELLATIONS

It is your responsibility to read and understand our terms and conditions and cancellation policy before making a reservation.

Upon booking your YOUNI Retreat you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

DEFINITIONS

“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled YOUNI Retreat, including postponing or rescheduling.

Cancellation includes being unable to attend the retreat due to travel restrictions or an act of god.

“You” refers to the guest booking a YOUNI Retreat.

“We” refers to YOUNI Retreats.

Retreat refers to “The YOUNI Retreat”

TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE

To join the retreat you must have valid travel (health) insurance. Proof of your valid travel/health insurance is needed before joining the retreat. Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all relevant activities you will be engaging in on your retreat & trip cancellation.

Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees, so you may wish to purchase this if it is not included.

With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.

RETREAT REQUIREMENTS

You must have active and valid travel insurance.

You must meet Zante’s entry requirements at the time of travel.

You must have a valid passport and be fit mentally and physically to travel abroad.

You must be 18+ Years of age.

GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read the specifics of our cancellation policy.

YOUNI Retreats offers a grace period where you can have a full refund without questions within 8 days of making your first retreat payment. This is only applicable if the payment is made prior to 45 days before the retreat, after which, any payments are non-refundable.

After the 8-day grace period, we do not offer refunds for any reason.

Please be sure you are committed before booking your retreat.

If you cancel more than 45 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your payment at cancellation time may be applied as credit to another YOUNI Retreat within one year of the retreat date. Retreat prices might increase overtime, so if you apply your payment as credit towards another YOUNI Retreat, you will settle the balance to meet the retreat cost at the time you are attending.

Cancellations within 45 Days of the retreat date will count as forfeiture of the retreat payments made up to that point.

As a small boutique travel company, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.

We do not offer credit or refunds for a guest arriving late or leaving early for any reason.

YOUNI RETREATS CANCELLATION POLICY.

We never want to cancel a retreat. However, sometimes acts of God do happen. If YOUNI Retreats needs to cancel this retreat for any reason, your full retreat payment will be transferred to the next possible retreat.

No refunds or resales are possible and a full credit of what you have paid will be applied for any next YOUNI Self-Empowerment Retreat.
