Our retreat villa(s) and accommodation is nothing short of luxurious, yet calm and paired back, making it the perfect backdrop for life changing transformation.

The second day of the retreat, we'll head out for the day and explore the island from the water! Zakinthos is famous for its electric blue water and Carretta-Carretta sea turtles, which - if you're lucky, you'll see (and more) on this trip!

 

This excursion for many people is one that whilst relaxing, nudges guests to start thinking about how staying within their comfort zone may be holding them back and gives them a chance to start heading into their stretch zone.

Each day, you'll be guided by experts through workshops designed to enhance your relationship with yourself - confidence, self-love, acceptance of the past, authenticity...
All sessions are backed by the science of leading edge neuroscience, positive psychology and NLP.

Mid-week, you'll head out early for a 40 minute hike up through the Greek hills to a place called Skopos, which is known for its breathtaking views - particularly in the mornings, where the sunrise is a truly magical experience!

But this isn't just a hike.

Walking up in silence, the hike begins with a mindful practice to help you practice tapping into the present moment and focusing on appreciating the 5 senses whilst noticing what thoughts come up.

At the summit, all guests take part in a powerful activity, targeting their own personal intention for the retreat.

The Wim Hof breathing method is a technique that has quite frankly, a RIDICULOUS tonne of benefits, and is a retreat favourite among our guests.

By participating in these sessions, you'll find that you have:

Many retreats promise transformation, but it's a very tricky thing to measure.
Except with this particular NLP technique...
And that's all we'll say for now!

With our own private chef, meals will be prepared fresh each day.
No 3-course meals or 5* cuisine, just simple, healthy, plant based meals influenced by Greece!
GF options will be available.

On our penultimate night, we will head into the local town of Tsilivi to eat at one of the Greek tavernas and experience a classic Greek Night!

Everyone loves a goody bag, right?!
So on day 1, you'll get your very own welcome pack, filled with all kinds of surprises that will help you throughout the week!

This includes your own journal and daily prompt card, which will act as your guide for each morning before breakfast.

Just a 5 minute walk from the retreat villa is the incredible Donkey Beach, a beach almost used exclusively by the occasional Greek local in the peak of Summer. With crystal clear water which gets hit by the sun almost all day, a couple of handy changing rooms and a small snack bar with the best views on the island, it really is a fabulously serene place to hang out during free time!

Our very own in-house yoga teacher will be delivering four optional yoga sessions during the week, as well as the opportunity to book in 1-1s if you would like them

Itinerary

Establish

This marks the very exciting beginning of your self-empowerment journey!

On your first day at the Retreat, we’ll establish the foundations you need to break free from the things that are preventing you from unlocking your full potential.

Here’s what you can expect:

1. Welcome Talk & Brunch – an introduction to the group and a celebration of you taking the first step towards a more empowered future!

2. Exploring the Villa – you’ll have free time to get unpacked and settled in your stunning room, and explore the villa and surroundings.

3. Group Bonding Activity – it's vital that all guests feel comfortable around each other, so we'll do an activity that allows you to get to know the other guests on a deeper level and begin building a network that will support you throughout your transformation.

4. Intention Setting Workshop – after dinner, you’ll be guided through a deep dive of your “why” to gain greater clarity on the motivation for your transformation.

After this session, as with each evening, you'll have time to wind down and relax before a restorative sleep!

Empower

Day 2 will empower you to grow comfortable and confident in your own skin.

With a variety of workshops and exercises, you’ll be challenged to reframe your mindset by gaining a greater understanding of who you are and what you’re capable of.

This involves:

1. Breathwork Workshop – we’ll teach you about Wim Hof breathwork, a simple, accessible, and scientifically endorsed technique to realise your physical and spiritual potential.

2. Boat Trip Excursion – we’ll then head out on a half-day speedboat trip to explore the breathtaking caves around Zakynthos in a relaxed and refreshing setting.

3. Explore – after the excursion, you’ll have the opportunity to explore Tsilivi or unwind at the beautiful villa before enjoying a delicious dinner.

4. Journalling & Check-In – after dinner, we’ll head to the firepit where we’ll journal; a practice that will become second nature to you before the end of the week.

Reassess

On the third day of the Retreat, you’ll start to understand the reasons for your actions and thought processes.

We’ll start the day with private time, Wim Hof breathwork and breakfast before enjoying a range of workshops to reassess limiting belief systems and unresourceful mindsets.

This includes:


1. Intro to Your Brain Workshop - first, you’ll learn everything there is to know about the way your brain works along with the guidance to relate it to your unique experiences.

2. Rewiring the Brain Workshop – the next workshop will help you to understand your existing mindset before equipping you with the techniques to rewire your brain (literally!)

3. Yoga Session (OCT ONLY) – there will be an optional yoga session to support you in improving both awareness and consciousness before rejoining the whole group for dinner.

4. Gratitude Circle – we’ll again gather around the firepit, this time with question cards to prompt deep conversations and eye-opening self-realisations.

Accept

Day 4 revolves around themes of confidence and self-acceptance.

Each workshop is designed to ground you in acceptance by replacing negative perceptions of yourself with positive and mindful foundations of confidence and empowerment.

Here’s what to expect:

1. Sunrise Hike – you’ll have the chance to practice mindfulness on a silent, 40-minute hike to the summit. At the top, you’ll release something that no longer serves you.

2. Self-Acceptance Workshop – we’ll learn to accept and be grateful for the circumstances that have led us to this point before releasing the unhelpful feelings surrounding them.

3. Self-Image Activity – we’ll consider self-perceptions, unveiling how you’re been viewing yourself and how you can navigate towards a more positive understanding of yourself.

4. Regret Release – designed for those who feel unable to let go of the past, we’ll guide you into looking towards the present and reframing your life in a more positive light.

5. Yoga Session (OCT ONLY) – an optional yoga session follows to help you take your mindfulness practice one step further.

6. Confidence Workshop – taking place around the firepit, we’ll explore science-backed ways to regain and reclaim confidence in all areas of our lives.

Transform

Day 5 is centred around the process of transformation.

You’ll establish practical strategies to shatter the debilitating seeds of self-doubt and replace them with unshakeable foundations of safety and security.

Starting with Wim Hof breathwork and breakfast, we’ll then experience:

1. Identity Workshop – here, you’ll reflect on your current identity and how this differs from the future, more empowered version of you. With this knowledge, you’ll establish tangible goals to work towards.

2. Dickens Process – we’ll work through a powerful process of leaving behind limiting beliefs and adopting new and empowering ways of thinking that support the life you want to live.

3. NLP Transformation Workshop – through Neuro Linguistic Programming, you’ll rewire your subconscious brain to destroy deep-rooted patterns of self-doubt.

4. Yoga Session (OCT ONLY) – guests are welcome to join us for another optional yoga session to detach from our thought patterns and observe our emotions.

5. Greek Night! – in the evening, we’ll head out to enjoy a classic Greek experience with music, dancing, plate smashing and delightful Greek food.

Future

As the Retreat comes towards its close, we’ll spend Day 6 preparing ourselves for the bright and beautiful future you once lacked the confidence to imagine for yourself.

With clarity and confidence, we’ll practice Wim Hof Breathwork and enjoy breakfast before:

1. Goal Getting Workshop – focusing on long-term goals for the future, we’ll learn the importance of adopting a sense of purpose and how to identify a set of personal values.

2. Reflection Activity – after the workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on your life so far and reshape the future narrative by establishing foundations built on your new, powerful values.

3. Roadmap Activity – we’ll work with you individually to create a roadmap to support you in achieving your goals in the days, weeks and months after the Retreat.

4. Yoga Session (OCT ONLY) – guests can either enjoy free time or the final yoga session of the week to practice mindfulness techniques.

5. Group Circle – we’ll come together around the firepit one final time to share the progress we’ve made and celebrate the journey that’s just beginning.

The Beginning

Day 7 is the last day of the Retreat but by no means the end of your journey.

The final day marks the exciting beginning of your self-empowerment journey.

Continuing to form positive habits, we’ll start with Wim Hof breathwork before experiencing:

1. Future You Workshop – the Future You workshop will guide you in visualising the future version of you to keep your goals at the forefront of your mind.

2. Goodbyes – we’ll then part ways with a free optional transfer to Zakynthos town or the airport.

3. The Accountability Club - after the retreat, you'll be offered private access to our Accountability Club (accessible only to ex-retreat attendees). Through this exclusive club, you'll have weekly drop ins with our Transformation and Accountability Coach (also giving you the chance to catch up with your new friends!), discounts on future retreats and events, a private community for ex-retreat attendees, monthly progress workshops - and so much more!

In short... the end of the retreat is well and truly, just the start!

FAQs

Yes, we do! All that is required to secure your spot is a £500 deposit. We then have flexible payment plans to help you to pay the remainder before the start of your retreat!

Please feel free to get in touch if you would like to discuss this further.

You are responsible for making your way to the retreat villa. Popular ways of getting to Zante are to fly straight into Zakynthos airport, or to fly to Athens/another island before getting a short flight or ferry to Zante the morning of the retreat (20 min drive to the villa).
Once everyone has shared their travel plans, we will let you know if anyone is arriving at the same time as you!

Each day there will be fresh fruit and snacks at the villa for those with a lighter appetite around lunchtime, as well as a fridge for you to store any personal food items.

That said, there are many restaurants, beach clubs and tavernas, all within a 10 minute walk, so during free time at lunch, you are welcome to head into the town of Planos and explore the local cuisine. 

Yes, valid travel insurance for your trip to Zante and all experiences is a requirement to attend. 

Yes, 6/7 of the days you will have free time for lunch and to explore the local area, with other windows of time during the retreat where you can choose to be alone and enjoy the beautiful island however you please.


At the start of the week you will be given a full schedule of all activities and timeframes.

This retreat follows the guidelines of travel into Greece.
As of right now, NO proof of vaccination or negative covid test is required.
Please check independently to ensure you are covered and can arrive without incident. 

All payments are final, so please be completely sure you can attend before booking. Your fee becomes non-refundable after 14 days. We have to be strict on this, as it’s the only way we can put on these events. Be totally sure you can attend before you book.
