Terms & Conditions

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all activities, services, and offerings provided by YOUNI Retreats Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), including but not limited to:
- UK and International Retreats,
- Merchandise purchases, and
- Graduate Exclusive Community Events, whether online or in person, and whether free or paid.
By booking, purchasing, or attending any YOUNI Retreat or event, you (“you”, “your”, “guest”, or “participant”) agree to these Terms in full.
Definitions
- Retreat: Includes all retreats hosted by YOUNI Retreats, both within the UK and abroad.
- Graduate Community Events: Includes events, workshops, and gatherings exclusively for YOUNI Retreats Graduates, held in person or online.
- Cancellation: Refers to your withdrawal from any Retreat, Event, or purchase after confirmation, including inability to attend due to travel or personal circumstances.
- Act of God: Refers to unforeseeable events beyond human control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or Government restrictions.
General Conditions
- You must be 18 years or older to attend or purchase.
- You acknowledge that YOUNI Retreats are not clinical, therapeutic, or medical in nature.
- You are responsible for ensuring your physical and mental readiness to participate.
- Participation in any activity is voluntary and at your own risk.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation or sale for any reason.
Clinical Disclaimer
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm your understanding that YOUNI Retreats are not clinical retreats. They do not offer medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. Participation is for personal growth, empowerment, and well-being purposes only. Guests are encouraged to seek professional medical or psychological advice before attending if in doubt.
Travel & Insurance
International Retreats:
- Valid travel and health insurance is mandatory.
- Insurance must cover all activities and potential cancellations.
- Proof of insurance is required before arrival.
UK Retreats:
- Travel insurance is recommended but not mandatory.
- You are responsible for ensuring you can travel and participate fully.
Booking & Payment
UK & International Retreats:
- Bookings are confirmed once the deposit or full payment is received.
- All payments are non-refundable, except under the Guest Cancellation policy below.
Guest Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are refundable only if prior agreement is made.
- More than 90 days before the start date: Payment may be transferred to another retreat within 12 months.
- Within 90 days: All payments are forfeited.
- No refunds or credits for late arrival, early departure, or non-attendance.
Youni Retreats Cancellation Policy
If YOUNI Retreats cancels a retreat or event due to an Act of God or unforeseen circumstance:
- Your payment will be credited toward a future retreat or event within 12 months.
- Refunds are not offered, but full credit may be applied.
Merchandise Terms
- Orders & Payments: All merchandise orders must be paid in full at checkout.
- Shipping: Delivery times are estimates only. YOUNI Retreats is not responsible for courier delays.
- Returns & Exchanges: Items are non-refundable.
- Digital Products: Access is granted immediately upon purchase and is non-refundable.
Graduate Community Events
- Attendance at any YOUNI Retreats Graduate Community event, whether online or in person, constitutes agreement to these Terms.
- Free Events: Attendance is complimentary, but registration may be required.
- Paid Events: A deposit payment is due at booking and is non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payment plans are to be agreed at the time of booking and further payments made in line with any payment plan are also non-refundable.
- YOUNI Retreats reserves the right to deny entry or remove participants for behaviour deemed disruptive or inappropriate.
- Participants must not record or distribute event content without written consent.
Code Of Conduct
- Respect the privacy and boundaries of all participants.
- Refrain from discriminatory, harassing, or harmful behaviour.
- Violation of these standards may result in immediate dismissal from the event or retreat without refund and entry or admission to future retreats or events not being granted.
Liability Waiver
By participating in any YOUNI Retreats Event, or by purchasing Merchandise, you release YOUNI Retreats Ltd, its team, contractors, and partners from all liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or product use, except where caused by gross negligence.
Guest Guarantee Policy
We are committed to helping you achieve the transformation you seek. If you complete all required tasks and follow guidance as outlined by the YOUNI Retreats team but do not experience the intended outcomes, we will continue supporting you at no extra cost until those results are achieved.
Complaints
We aim to provide every guest, participant, and customer with a positive and professional experience.
If at any point you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your Retreat, Event, or purchase, you are encouraged to make your concerns known at the earliest opportunity, and where possible, before the Retreat or Event concludes so that we can seek to resolve the issue promptly and informally.
If the matter cannot be resolved during the Retreat or Event, or relates to Merchandise, you may submit a formal complaint in writing.
How to Make a Complaint:
Complaints may be made by email to enquiries@izziemiller.com, by post to YOUNI Retreats, 41 High Street, Deanshanger, MK19 6HD, or in person during a Retreat to the Retreat Host or a YOUNI Retreats team member.
Please include:
- Your full name and contact details;
- Details of the Retreat, Event, or purchase;
- A clear description of the issue and supporting evidence (e.g., receipts or correspondence);
- The outcome you are seeking.
Our Response:
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.
- A named team member with no prior involvement (where possible) will handle the complaint.
- We will aim to provide a full written response within 28 working days.
Escalation:
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you may request an internal review by a senior member of the YOUNI Retreats management team within 14 calendar days of receiving our response.
If you remain dissatisfied after this review, you may refer your complaint to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI), such as the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).
You also retain the right to seek independent legal remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable legislation.
Agreement
By booking a retreat, attending an event, or purchasing merchandise, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
